Logon Problems

Some of our clients experience difficulties when they try to log onto the E-globalcom.net Language Portal. In most cases, this is due to one of the following reasons:

1.                  You get no logon dialog and your browser window displays "You are not authorized to view this page".

2.                  You get a logon dialog but after you enter your user name and password your browser displays "You are not authorized to view this page".

3.                  You get a logon dialog but after you enter your user name and password a new dialog pops up saying "You don't have access to this area".

4.       You lost or forgot your user name / password.

5.                  You tried several times to log on with a wrong password.
